Do you Have Massage Therapy Benefits on your Health Insurance Plan?
Massage For Health and Day Spa is a
preferred provider for Regence BlueShield/Uniform as well as Premera Blue Cross. We also have preferred providers for First Choice Insurance (also Group Health, Zenith and UnitedHealthCare if your card has a First Choice Health logo), Aetna-WA, CIGNA Healthcare, Affinity Health Discounts, BlueCross BlueShield, and Corvell. If you have insurance coverage through one of these, you may have massage therapy benefits. Check with your insurance to see if they will cover massage therapy if prescribed by your doctor.
