Injury Treatment Massage
We can directly bill your auto (PIP), workers compensation (L&I), and other major health insurance polices for injury treatment massage if prescribed by a doctor (D.C., M.D., N.D., D.O.). Let us help you with your neck/back pain, sprain/strain, headaches, fibromyalgia, tendinitis, TMJ, carpal tunnel and other musculoskeletal issues.

Do you Have Massage Therapy Benefits on your Health Insurance Plan?  Massage For Health and Day Spa is a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross.  Joanie, Anna, Jackie and Shelley are now preferred providers for First Choice Insurance (also Group Health, Zenith and UnitedHealthCare if your card has a First Choice Health logo).   Joanie, Anna, Eric, Rachel, and Shelley are also preferred providers for Aetna-WA, CIGNA Healthcare, Affinity Health Discounts, Corvell, and Uniform Medical Plan.  If you have insurance coverage through one of these, you may have massage therapy benefits.  Check with your insurance to see if they will cover massage therapy if prescribed by your doctor.

We do not have any preferred providers with Regence BlueShield, however, your plan may allow for out-of-network benefits so that we could still see you for your massage therapy needs.
